Modifications and unauthorized use.
We give you the liberty to modify our products as per your wishes but this is limited to redistribution or releasing the modifications as GPL. This means you can use them, modify them but can not claim them to be yours and then sell or distribute. In case you are found modifying, selling them on a website or CD, it will be deemed as an unauthorized usage. Also you are restricted from removing any credit links from the style.css and header.php files. But we do give a leverage to remove the credit links from the footer.
Updates and Warranty
During the designing of WordPress products on our site, we make sure that all the products are compatible with the latest version of WordPress (latest version on the release date of product). But we don’t lay any guarantee that these products will be compatible with the future versions of WordPress.
Also we don’t lay any claim that the products provided by us will be compatible with all the browsers. Make sure to check the demo first in the browser you wish to use.
Delivery and Refund Policy
Once you send us the payment, we will mail you the product information within few minutes. In rare case it may take up to an hour. But in case you don’t get the email, contact us through our site and we will sort out the issues immediately.
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 48 hours after the delivery time.
Ownership
Under no circumstances you can claim the exclusive ownership of any of our products either modified or unmodified. We hold the rights for these products and you can not lay any claim or seek damages either implied or expressed. Under no circumstances we can be held liable for damages including but not limited to direct or indirect damages occurring due to the usage of our products.
Support / Support Forum Policy
We offers products which are checked for compatibility with WordPress plugins and components but we lay no claim that these will work exactly as per your desire with all plugins, or deprecated plugins due to upgrade of WordPress. Also we don’t give any support for the customization, installation or any modification of WordPress. Once you purchased any of our product, you will have access to the support forums and can seek answers to your queries on the forum itself and not via email.
Price
We hold complete rights to approve or reject the any sales and reserve complete rights to alter any product price at anytime with or without notice.
